Your privacy is important to Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania (MHASP).  This Privacy Statement lets you know  about the personal information MHASP collects, and the ways in which MHASP may use, that personal information.  Any personal information which MHASP collects or uses is done so in a fair, legal and transparent manner.

Agreement to Privacy Statement: By using the Website, you consent and agree to the collection and use of information by MHASP as specified below.   If you are not agreeable to each and every term of this Privacy Statement, then you are not authorized to use this Website in any manner and must leave the site immediately.

Data Collected: If you visit the Website, your web-browser automatically discloses, and MHASP’s web-server automatically logs, the following information: the date and time, the IP address from which you issued the request, the type or browser and operating system you are using, the URL of any page that referred you to the applicable page on the Website, the URL you requested, and whether you were successful. Data Security/Retention/Destruction: MHASP will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to ensure security against the loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized use of the Data Collected.   MHASP will store the Data Collected on its secure web-server, and any Data Collected relating to any electronic transactions performed on the Website will be protected by encryption technology. 

MHASP will retain the Data Collected as long as is reasonably consistent with its purpose, and destroy the Data Collected when its purpose has expired and to do so in such manner that the Data Collected may not be subsequently recovered.

Data Use/Disclosure: MHASP undertakes to use the Data Collected only for the purpose for which it was intended, and only if the Data has demonstrable relevance to the particular use to which it is being put.  MHASP may also use Data Collected for such other purposes as you may subsequently agree to, and such other purposes as may be required, or authorized, by law. 

MHASP may disclose the Data Collected to third parties (any party other than you and MHASP) where the disclosure is with your consent, required or permitted by law, or reasonably necessary to fulfill or carry out any transaction or request made by you on the Website.  Any such disclosure shall be limited in scope to the Data reasonably necessary to carry out the applicable transaction or request.  To the extent any Data Collected is so disclosed, MHASP will require any and all third parties receiving the Data to only use the Data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement.

Data Access by You: MHASP undertakes to provide you with access to your Data Collected conveniently, without unreasonable delay, and without costs, subject to only such conditions and processes as are reasonable in the circumstances.

Changes to Privacy Statement: MHASP may update this Privacy Statement from time to time by posting an updated version on the Website.  Please check this page occasionally to be sure you are familiar with, and agree to, any updates.  To the extent any updates are so posted, MHASP shall maintain all prior versions of the Privacy Statement in such a manner that they are dated, and readily accessible, upon request.
