Leigh Braden, MSW (She/Her) is the Division Director for the Institute@MHP. Leigh earned her bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Hamlin University and a master degree in social work in 2002 from Temple University. Leigh has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector as a treatment case worker, program manager, Director and Executive Director of an overnight LGBTQ shelter for homeless youth in the city of Philadelphia. Leigh has experience in grant writing and business development as the CEO and Chief Consultant, to LTB consulting LLC,. Leigh has leadership experience in instructional design, training and education with the largest community umbrella organization in the city of Philadelphia.

As the Division Director at Mental Health Partnerships Leigh as expanded the Institute business across the state of Pennsylvania and in to the state of Florida. Leigh has extensive experience in managing diverse funding sources and in 2023 her team of trainers exceeded their revenue goal by 78%. Leigh has a passion for working in mental health and working with LGBTQ youth and their family’s.
