Trail Guides
Trail Guides is designed to support young adults as they navigate life’s critical challenges. Our program uses a peer-led, peer-driven approach to highlight each person’s right to self-determination. Trail Guides is dedicated specifically to Montgomery County for young adults age 18-26 who have a serious mental health diagnosis.
