July 26, Friday
Join the fun and take in the sun, as the Friends Connection introduces a day of Miniature Golf at the Burholme Golf Course (12 noon). Enjoy the fun and see if you can drive a Hole in One. Cost $5.50 per person, includes miniature golf, a hot dog or slice of pizza and a soda. Contact Frenzell Campbell at 215-599-4011 for further information.

August 16, Friday
The Friends Connection will travel to the Franklin Institute to look into the scientific history of the past and present. Join us as we enjoy the view of a three story movie screen at the Imax theatre. Cost: $4.00 per person. Contact Frenzell Campbell at 215-599-4011 for further information.

August 27, Tuesday
If you didn't make 16 holes the first trip, here's your chance to try your luck again. The Friends Connection will travel again to the beautiful Burholme Golf Course (12 noon). Sept. 16, Monday
Come take a floating tour on the Battleship New Jersey. It is a floating museum that will enlighten your history and amaze your minds. For cost and time contact Frenzell Campbell at 215-599-4011.

Sept. 20, Friday
Join the Friends Connection as we get our step on with United Soul Production Drill Team at our First Dance of the Season (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm). Northern Liberties Rec. Center, 321 Fairmount Ave., 1 block N. of Spring Garden St. Admission to dance is free, nominal fee for refreshments.

October 18, Friday
Come celebrate with the Friends Connection and get a treat at our Halloween Dance. This is the time to put on your costumes and dance the night away. Prizes will be given to the best costumes (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm). Northern Liberties Rec. Center, 321 Fairmount Ave., one block north of Spring Garden St. Admission to dance is free, nominal fee for refreshments.

October 23, Wednesday
Join us for the Roller Skating Party at St. Charles Skating Rink. N.W. corner of 20th & Christian Street. Cost is $3.50 including skate rentals (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm). Pay at the door (easy access by the 17 bus line, one block west on Christian St. if coming from Center City). Nov. 15, Friday
The time of year is here to give thanks to those who are dear. Join the Friends Connection as we celebrate with a Thanksgiving Dance. Food and Entertainment for everyone (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm). Dec. 18, Wednesday
Come experience the Christmas lights at Longwood Gardens. Join us as we travel to a beautiful garden of lighted trees. Cost $4.00 per person. Dec. 20
