Conference held at Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment on October 16, 2003
The purpose of the conference was to identify current mental health issues for older adults in long-term care, to explore the problems and potential solutions for accessing mental health services in the current system, and to learn about new models that provide mental health services to older adults in long-term care settings.
This year's conference was sponsored by the Delaware Valley Mental Health/Aging Advocacy Committee, the Senior Advocacy Team and the Mental Health and Long Term Task Force. A grant from Eli Lilly, Inc. provided major funding for the coSave & Closenference. A number of other individuals and organizations also helped to produce the conference.
